Pwnagotchi 2.7 waveshare Pi4 case and screen

Made this remix/mashup for a Waveshare 2.7" screen on a Pi4. It's a work in progress as I still think there are improvements to be made for the top screen reveal dimensions etc. Plan to make a few versions of this with:

An extended case to house additional wifi cards and a GPS.
Ziptie points on the case as I plan to mount an external battery
A version with the waveshare buttons visible
better recessed mounting holes in the case so the bottom screws are not proud of the bottom

I will upload all of those changes here as I design, print, and test them.
